How do I restore a purchase I already made?
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases." Your unlock is tied to your App Store / Google account, so it restores automatically on any device signed in with that account — no extra login needed.
Can I reset my progress?
Yes. Go to Settings inside the app and use the reset option there. This clears your saved puzzles, mandalas, XP and achievements from that device. This can't be undone, since nothing is backed up outside your device.
Does R-Zen work without an internet connection?
Yes, R-Zen works fully offline. Puzzles, mandalas, music and ambient effects are all bundled inside the app.
What languages does the app support?
Español, English, Português, Français, Italiano, 日本語, Deutsch and Tiếng Việt. You can change the language anytime from Settings.
Why does the app ask for camera / photo access?
Only if you choose to turn one of your own photos into a puzzle. That permission is optional — every other feature works without it, and photos never leave your device.
